This year, we’ll be serving something special from @rsvineyards. Rodney Strong’s 2018 Symmetry begins with luxurious aromas of red fruit, plum, vanilla, dusty oak and dried fruit, which then unfolds on the palate with silky layers of dark fruits, baking spices and a supple, yet rich, mouthfeel.

It pairs incredibly well with a variety of food — think, beef stew, roasted pork tenderloin, roasted vegetables — and also makes an excellent host gift!
