That’s It: Episode 6, Moderation

April 8th, 2016
I

If you write about stuff on the Internet, you are bound to piss someone off.

If there has been one thing I’ve learned from my over 10 years of writing on the Internet, it’s that you can’t please everyone.

No matter what the subject is, there are always going to be people who disagree with you or who think you just plain wrong and get really pissed off about it.

Sometimes it’s simply because it’s the Internet and people like to to pick fights. And sometimes it’s because people feel extremely strongly about a certain topic or issue.

I’ve run into both kinds of people throughout my blogging career, though there hasn’t been much of it to speak of during my time publishing He Spoke Style.

However, there is one topic that I write about on the site from time to time that has been exceptionally contentious. Disgusted comments. Angry emails. Vicious “I’m unfollowing you!” proclamations. You name it. So, in this week’s episode of the podcast, I wanted to take the opportunity to address my critics.

Thoughts on the topic? Chime in below.

Thanks, as always, for listening.

Stylishly Yours,
