I guess it was a little over a month or so ago that I was introduced to an espresso drink that has since become something of an obsession—the cortado. Depending on who you ask or where you order it, it’s made with either equal parts milk and espresso or a 2:1 ratio. I call it an obsession because wherever I go now, I’m always on the lookout for a good cortado. Some of my favorites have been had at Gasoline Alley in NoHo, Artifact in Baltimore, and Alabaster in Williamsport, PA. Have you ever had a cortado? And please share your favorite spots.
