Even though Memorial Day is the “unofficial” start to summer, the heat wave we’re currently experiencing here on the east coast is certainly making it feel like summer proper. But it’s not only summer that Memorial Day ushers in. Many readers, I’m sure, are familiar with the arcane rule that dictates that the window to wear white is between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
