Is a tweed suit the sartorial equivalent of wearing glasses? Like, does wearing a tweed suit make you look smarter? With its professorial and academic associations, one might reasonably extrapolate that to be the case. And although we can’t guarantee that it’ll make you seem smarter up there, our brown Donegal tweed suit will definitely make you look smart–very smart in the style sense. While the entire suit forms some serious seasonal sartorial elegance, it really shines as separates as well. Pair the jacket alone with grey flannel trousers or denim. And layer in the vest for added warmth and texture. People will wonder where you got it.

Please note this was Brian’s first custom suit ordered in 2012. Since then, have had the fabric re-milled exclusively for He Spoke Style so there will be slight variances in color between the original fabric shown and that milled a decade later. We have also removed the original elbow patches and replaced the lining with a similar brown paisley print.

I'm about to personally walk you through the entire assessment process, but first let's make sure that you have been sent the correct try-on garments for you.
