Most of our Joshua Ellis scarves, stoles and throws ship to us from England so please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Our return policy allows you to return any in-stock item for any reason within 14 days of having received the item (excluding international orders) for an exchange or refund. A returned item must be unused, in original condition and with its original packaging intact. If we receive a damaged or used product we will be unable to process your refund. If you wish to return an item you received, please email us immediately to obtain shipping authorization information. In the event that an exchange is not possible, we will issue you a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
