MorePrince Harry Sports A J.Crew Suit. Again.
Last night in his interview with Oprah, Prince Harry wore a light grey suit that, it turns out, is from J.Crew.
As I was watching, I thought it looked familiar and what gave it away for me were the lapels and the shoulder line. That and also the fact that it was the same suit he wore showing off baby Archie for the first time. Same shoes too.The suit is, indeed, the J.Crew Ludlow suit in geyser grey made from Loro Piana Super 120s wool with two buttons, flap pockets, and a double vent. The jacket lists for $425 and the pants for $225–so that’s $650 for the entire suit.
You’ve got to imagine that given the circumstances, this particular style move was a calculated one–a former Royal shops at the mall just like you, right?
Having owned a couple Ludlow suits in the past, I can’t say that I’m personally a huge fan. I’ve always thought the lapels were a little narrow and the quality didn’t quite justify the price.
