It’s been a while since I’ve given you guys a peek inside my home. Do you remember the last time? Well, we’re not exactly going inside this time, but I thought I’d show you where I spend some time relaxing each day. Welcome to my front porch.

Living in a row home means that I don’t have much outdoor space. There’s the front lawn that’s so tiny that it hardly qualifies as a front lawn and a small backyard that’s been commandeered by mosquitos. But since getting away from my desk is something I’m trying to force myself to do more of these days, that makes my front porch something of an oasis. An urban oasis, but an oasis nonetheless. If it weren’t for the traffic and, at night, the overly bright street light, I could almost forget that I live in a city sitting out here.
