Depending on who you ask or where you order it, it’s made with either equal parts milk and espresso or a 2:1 ratio. I call it an obsession because wherever I go now, I’m always on the lookout for a good cortado. Some of my favorites have been had at Gasoline Alley in NoHo, Artifact in Baltimore, and Alabaster in Williamsport, PA. Have you ever had a cortado? And please share your favorite spots.
