After obtaining a fine art photography degree and a short stint as a wedding photographer, she entered a long and rewarding career in business operations, specializing in developing services, optimizing processes, and fine-tuning systems to support organizational functions across all departments. She thrives when faced with the challenge of solving operational puzzles and has been known to refer to system configurations as works of art. Rebecca lives in Richmond with her dog, Marcel, who she named after the stop animation character, Marcel the Shell.
