Just as there are many ways to dress up a khaki suit, there are also plenty of ways to dress it down. There’s a reason it’s a great spring and summer suit and its versatility is definitely at the top of that list. While a button up is one way to do it, sometimes you might feel like going even a little more casual.
Don’t overlook a polo as a shirt option with a suit. This is especially true during the late spring and summer months. Paired with a khaki suit, it’s a great way to take a casual look up a notch while staying super comfortable as well.
A polo-khaki suit combination also works really well for traveling. It’s actually what I wore on a recent business trip.
Though I’ve been fairly partial to browns with my khaki suit this season, that is just one approach. Don’t be afraid to add in some brighter colors, especially as spring turns to summer.
