He Spoke Style: The Video

It’s about time I did a video and I am really excited to share this. It was produced, shot, and edited by my very talented friend Jared Morgan, and gave me an opportunity to talk about my personal style philosophy as well as what the blog is all about. Enjoy.

Some very special thank you’s go to Jared Morgan of Pantless Productions for spearheading this project, taking care of all the arrangements, and of course, doing an absolutely phenomenal job; Mack McLaughlin of Mack Audio for his skillful audio engineering and great attention to detail; Adrian Hernandez for the amazing original soundtrack; Home Slyce, Spirits of Mount Vernon, and Tapas Teatro, and, as always, Rob McIver for his cameo and continued fantastic photography.

Thanks for watching!

Stylishly Yours,

He Spoke Style

Hi, Brian. Love your website, so glad you’re doing videos now! I’ve only recently started putting more thought into the clothes I where and you’ve helped me a ton. Had no idea you were a musician, what type of work do you do as a musician?

Man, that’s great to hear, Harry. So glad you’ve found the site inspiring. I’m a saxophonist for The US Army Field Band in Washington, DC. An amazing job.

Great video Brian! I’m relatively new to the “satorialist” world and I am truly inspired by your site – I love your sense of style. As you say in the video, style is a personal thing but we all need inspiration and you provide it in spades. Keep it up!
    Love the cuff links!

Very crispy look. My apologies if you already answered this , but here it goes. How do you get a proper fitting dress shirt at the collar, especially when you want to wear it with a suit or a blazer?
